COMMENT CARD
In order to find out what customers want, most big shops and supermarkets have comment cards. The comments on these cards will be passed onto someone called a ‘buyer’ who makes all the decisions about which products the shops will stock. You can influence their decision!
Whenever you see a comment card (they are often placed near the till or near the customer service desk) fill it out saying that you think the shop should stock Dubble and Divine Fairtrade chocolate. Ask your friends and family to do the same!
TIPS:
- The comment cards are usually near the till or customer service desk, but if you cannot see any, ask a member of staff.
- Fill in the whole comment card properly (you often have to say the date and location of the store you visited).
- Write that you want the shop to stock Dubble and Divine Fairtrade chocolate, and explain your reason why.
- There is often an option which asks if you want the Manager to reply to your comment. Say yes because then you can see if the supermarket has taken notice!
- Get your friends and family to fill out comment cards too. The more comment cards that supermarkets receive on a particular issue, the bigger the impact.
