- Dubble HQ will accept only 1 completed pod passport per entrant
- Completed pod passports should be sent to Dubble HQ at the address: The Day Chocolate Company, 4 Gainsford Street, London, SE1 2NE.
- Prizes (i.e. rewards for completing pod passports) are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. If, due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to offer the stated reward, we reserve the right to award a substitute item.
- Dubble HQ will not provide participants with any pod passwords if they forget or lose them
- Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery. No responsibility can be accepted for damaged or illegible entries, or entries which arrive after the pod passport scheme is removed for any reason.
- Dubble HQ requires entrants to write their name and full address including postcode clearly on their completed pod passport. No responsibility will be taken if we cannot provide a reward due to an illegible entry
- The Pod Passport reward scheme can be withdrawn and the rules changed for any reasons without notice
- By entering the promotion entrants agree to be bound by the rules.
