FAIRTRADE FORTNIGHT 2006

FF 2006

Wow - what an amazing Fairtrade Fortnight this year! You can read about Dubble HQ's epic journey up to Scotland on the Divine blog

Bishop Martin School had a Fairtrade tuck shop and a collector's card where children had to paste the Fairtrade logo from a product onto a card. At the end of the Fortnight the children who had a full card received a Dubble bar.

Let Dubble HQ know what you got up to for Fairtrade Fortnight 2006.

COCOA FARMERS IN THE UK

Dubble HQ invited two cocoa farmers from the Kuapa Kokoo co-opertative in Ghana to spread the word about Fairtrade in the UK. Read an interview with Comfort Kwaasibea on Dubble Radio

EAT POVERTY HISTORY

By buying Dubble you can help to make poverty history! Dubble and Divine are made by the first ever farmer-owned Fairtrade choc company this means that 45 000 cocoa farmers in Ghana have a say in how the company is run and share in the profits. Dubble is a Fairtrade choc bar, this means that cocoa farmers are guaranteed a fair price and stable trading conditions.
